Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days within the exception of custom orders {excludes weekends and public holidays}. Orders place after 5pm eastern standard time will be considered the next business day.
Please note, that order processing time is separate from shipping time. We ship out orders with UPS. Please allow a time period within 5-7 business days to be shipped. However, shipping may or may not be longer.

TRACKING
Tracking numbers/ Fulfillment confirmations will be sent via e-mail. It is yourself and the shipping carriers responsibility to keep track with your package once order is fulfilled and out of possession. Glam Touch Extensions is not responsible for lost, abandoned , stolen unclaimed or damaged packages. Please be sure to double check your shipping information before submitting. REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, and covid-19 all sales are final . once payment goes through no refunds will be granted. There will be no refunds for Discounted items or custom orders. if and only if under the circumstances there's a mishap on the company's end (received the wrong item) we may or may not accept an exchange given the fact the item(s) has not been tampered with (unused, unworn, packaging, labels, tags etc). Decisions will be determined case by case scenario. Items are as shown and will be sold as is meaning what you see is what you get. It is your responsibility to do your due diligence in regards to reading the description to make sure items suits your needs. Improper wig size does not warrant a refund. Glam Touch Extensions values our customers and puts client satisfaction as top priority. All orders are reviewed carefully prior to shipping to insure confident purchases.
